Since the 1992 school year, this school has been restructured into a university, and it has mainly recruited students who graduated from high school general subjects. The university has a total enrollment of 46 students, mainly through the recommended entrance examination and the designated university entrance examination to distribute admission and the Stars Program. The master's program enrolls 12 students, mainly through recommendation and entrance examinations.
