Graduate Courses
The master program in this department requires 28 credits for graduation, including 2 credits of compulsory courses and 26 credits of elective courses. Additionally, students must meet the English proficiency requirements, complete a master thesis, and successfully defend it in an oral examination.
The curriculum for the master's degree is structured into three main components: theoretical courses, specialized elective courses, and seminar discussions. To align with faculty research expertise and industry trends, the specialized compulsory/elective courses are categorized into four fields: metal materials, ceramic materials, semiconductor materials, and polymer materials.
The following is a complete list of graduate level elective courses that are offered in the Department of Materials Science and Engineering. Not all courses will be offered each semester.
